To keep safe running, increase serviceability rate and prolong service life, must execute regular three kinds of maintenance as below:

Minor repair: once a month, including temporary problem repairing, mainly minor replacement, minor adjustment, the key point is replacing easily grinding parts, such as lining plate, feeding spoon head, and adjust mesh situation between bearing and gear. Repair all broken.

Suitable repair: once a year, making a major clean and adjustment for whole parts, replacing a lot of easily grinding parts.

Overhaul: except for minor and suitable repair, repair and replace main parts, such as hollow shaft, rack wheel, etc. the time interval of overhaul depend on damaged condition of these parts.
