After months of hard work in Jinpeng, a modern gold mine carbon pulp plant with a daily processing capacity of 500 tons has been set up in the beautiful tropical Treasure Island!

  The project is an EPC service project integrating beneficiation test and research, engineering design, equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning, and personnel training provided by Jinpeng group. It is also a modern, intelligent, zero sewage discharge, renewable and environmentally friendly gold mine carbon pulp plant project in Indonesia.

Crushing

The raw ore is transported to the raw ore bin by truck or loader, fed to the jaw crusher by heavy-duty plate feeder, and the ore discharged by the jaw crusher is transported to the intermediate ore heap by belt conveyor.

Grinding & Classifying

  The materials in the intermediate ore heap are directly fed into the SAG mill through the belt feeder. The ore discharged from the SAG mill flows into the linear vibrating screen and is classified by the linear vibrating screen. The products under the linear screen and the ore discharged from the ball mill flow into the cyclone feed pump box and are pumped to the cyclone group by the slurry pump for classification again. The underflow of the cyclone returns to the ball mill by gravity. The overflow of the cyclone is the final grinding product.

   The overflow of the cyclone flows into the debris removal screen by gravity to remove wood chips, fibers and other impurities in the pulp. The overflow of the linear screen flows into the high-efficiency thickener by gravity for concentration and dehydration. The underflow of the thickener enters the next operation. The overflow of the thickener is reused as circulating water.

The concentrated slurry is pumped by the slurry pump into the double impeller high-efficiency stirring tank for pre leaching. After pre leaching, the slurry flows by itself into the double impeller high-efficiency stirring tank for carbon slurry leaching and adsorption, which is the CIL process. The gold loaded carbon flows into the desorption electrolysis operation after being washed with water.Cyanide tailings will flow into the safety screen by itself to recover fine carbon. The slurry under the screen will enter the tailings treatment operation, and the fine carbon on the screen will be bagged for recovery.

The gold loaded carbon in the carbon storage tank enters the desorption column for high temperature and high pressure cyanide free desorption after being washed with water. The desorption temperature is 150 ℃ and the pressure is 0.5MPa. After desorption electrolysis, open the vent valve of the electrolytic cell to cool down. When the solution temperature drops to normal temperature, open the electrolytic cell to take out the gold slime.The gold mud is pickled, filtered, dried, melted, and ingot cast to finally obtain finished gold.

Desorbed carbon is regenerated in two ways. The first method is acid pickling regeneration. After the new carbon is recycled for many times, its activity decreases, which affects the gold adsorption capacity. At this time, it is usually regenerated by pickling. Usually, the new carbon can be pickled for more than 7 times (according to the nature of the ore). If it is difficult to improve the activity by the pickling method, it needs to be regenerated by fire method. Fire regeneration is carried out in the activated carbon regeneration kiln, and usually starts up in a centralized time.

Due to the lack of corresponding beneficiation technical talents in the local area, in order to save manpower and material resources, Jinpeng group designed an automatic control system for the whole process of the mine according to the needs of customers. The whole process realized centralized operation in the central control room, and all process parameters realized automatic closed-circuit regulation by PLC. The ore feeding capacity of the mill, grinding concentration, classification concentration, swirl pressure, pump pool liquid level, thickener drawing flow, leaching pH value, etc. all realized automatic control, The DCS system cooperates with the video monitoring system to realize remote centralized operation and management in the central control room, greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers, improving the control quality and beneficiation index, increasing economic benefits, and winning the praise of the owner

     Since the successful commissioning of the project, it has been running smoothly for half a year. Jinpeng group's business philosophy of "customer is the heaven, respect the heaven and love the people" has also been vividly reflected in this project and won high praise from customers. Before the Spring Festival, the after-sales service engineers of Jinpeng group resolutely set foot in a foreign country after receiving the order from the customer that the mine would be commissioned soon. They were anxious for the customers' needs and thought about them, and finally successfully completed the commissioning task.
