Project Process

Flowsheet:

1.Crushing and screening:Crushing the raw ore to 20 mm, after screening, divided into two grade:20 ~ 4mm and 4 ~ 0 mm.

2.Pre-leaching:Will be 20 ~ 4 mm ore into the cyclone for primary selection, then go to the rod mill ,and then use jig, vibration screen will be used to remove + 2 mm ,for- 2 mm will go to shaking table.

3.Mixed flotation: jig and shaking table concentrates to be milling separately, and then for mixed flotation, mixed flotation tailings will go to shaking table for the qualified tin ore concentrate.

4.Separation flotation, after regrinding the mixed flotation concentrate ,will do the lead and zinc flotation separation, which we can get lead antimony concentrate and zinc concentrate respectively.

5.Gravity: slurry go through Φ300 mm hydrocyclone ,overflow to 125 mm and 75 mm hydrocyclone,the setting sand goes to thickener,flotation desulfurization for tin flotation.
