The mine is located in the Indonesian archipelago, with a vast reserve of raw ore consisting of a mixture of surface oxidized ore and underground sulfide ore. It is a turnkey project where our company provides services such as mineral processing test research, engineering design, equipment manufacturing, installation guidance and commissioning, as well as personnel training.
In terms of project management, this project follows the management model of Australian mining projects completely, establishing a Taskforce (project team) that encompasses design management, procurement, schedule control, QA/QC quality, document control, etc. At the same time, a third-party supervisor is stationed on site to conduct dynamic tracking and management of product quality.
The project involves processing a diverse range of raw ores, requiring the simultaneous treatment of oxidized and sulfide ores. Consequently, the process flow is highly complex and comprehensive, encompassing gravity separation, sulfide ore flotation, oxidized ore and flotation tailings leaching, roasting and acid production, roasted product leaching, tailings treatment, desorption electrolysis, and carbon regeneration processes. This is also the first time our company has implemented a roasting and acid production project, marking our full mastery of this technology and having significant implications for our future development of more refractory arsenic-bearing ores.
Currently, the installation of the project is nearing completion and is about to enter the commissioning phase.
