Process introduction

Tailings dry drainage is a new technology for tailings disposal in domestic, using a lot of thickeners for concentration, then through efficient dewatering equipment such as vibrating sieve dehydration processing, to get the slag,The slag can transport to the fixed place for storage.

Application field

It’s mainly used for the concentration of tailing, dehydration process, to achieve the dry tailings pile, so as to avoid pollution of the environment, which is the first choice for the implementation of green mining technology.

Flowchart

1 The combination of hydro cyclone and the vibration sieve: the tailing will go through hydro cyclone first,and then the under flow will go to high frequency vibration sieve for dehydration, which can make the tailing water content within 16%, the over flow of the hydro clone usually by thickener machine and filter press for dehydration.

2 Directly use of thickener, filter filter: the front investment is larger for this method, and applicable scope is smaller, sometimes can't satisfy the production efficiency and dehydration.
